Zenith Partners Fashion Sales dashboard overview

The brief

From business question to decision-ready view.

01

Business question

Sales information from multiple views needed to be consolidated into a tool that supported both rapid monitoring and deeper investigation.

02

The approach

  • Designed a high-level monitoring layer for KPIs.
  • Added analytical views for regions, teams and products.
  • Preserved transaction detail for issue investigation.
03

What the sample data shows

Figures below describe the displayed portfolio dataset, not a client outcome.

  • In the April 2025 sample view, revenue is $95.27M and profit is $23.03M.
  • The selected view shows a 24.17% margin, compared with 23.84% in March.
  • Revenue is 3.1% lower than March while margin is 1.40 percentage points higher.
04

Decisions this supports

  • Which KPI needs monitoring first
  • Where regional or product performance requires investigation
  • Which transaction detail should guide the next commercial action

Analysis walkthrough

The MAD framework in practice.

The static showcase is organized as a three-step route from a fast management read to the detail needed for a commercial follow-up.

01

Monitor

Start with headline KPIs, period movement and the first signal that deserves attention.

02

Analyze

Compare regions, teams, products and time periods to understand what is behind the movement.

03

Detail

Trace the signal to transaction-level context so the next action is grounded in evidence.
