NexaVisuals Regional Performance dashboard overview

The brief

From business question to decision-ready view.

01

Business question

Regional performance comparisons needed to become faster to scan without losing the trend and product detail behind headline KPIs.

02

The approach

  • Created current-versus-prior-year KPI comparisons.
  • Used regional maps and trends for fast pattern recognition.
  • Applied consistent positive and negative variance cues.
03

What the sample data shows

Figures below describe the displayed portfolio dataset, not a client outcome.

  • In the 2024 sample, South records 0.85bn sales, followed by Midwest at 0.52bn, West at 0.43bn and Northeast at 0.30bn.
  • Midwest is the only region shown with positive sales growth, at +3.8% year over year.
  • The regional view connects sales movement with profit, order and product-level variance cues.
04

Decisions this supports

  • Which region is outperforming or falling behind plan
  • Where price, product or period variance needs investigation
  • Which management action should follow the variance signal
